Clarice
Lispector was a Brazilian writer born in Ukraine, in a Jewish family. She is
one of the most important short story writers in the 20th century in her
country and in Portuguese language. This two-part article will approach her
biography, works, short stories, and will make a further analysis on one of her
most representative short stories: Clandestine happiness.
